What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred

  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

  • Interest in developing into a management role

  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong people and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and design guidance

  • Meet and exceed sales goals

  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions, financing, and protection plans

  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom

  • Participate in leadership development and training
