You don’t need years of interior design experience to be successful here. We’re looking for individuals with strong people skills, creativity, confidence, and the drive to succeed. Whether your background is in sales, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, design, or another people-focused industry, we provide the training and support to help you build your career with Hudson’s.

What You’ll Do

• Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every client
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Guide clients through furniture and design selections
• Create personalized spaces using Hudson’s extensive furniture and décor collections
• Conduct in-home visits when appropriate to better understand a client’s space and design needs
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and design process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fellow team members
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, and design concepts
• Provide an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the completion of the project
