This three-phase program gives you the tools, experience, and mentorship to grow from the ground up — mastering operations, excelling in sales, and stepping into leadership.
Program Phases
Phase 1: Store Operations Training (90 Days)
Pay: $20.00/hour

Learn how Hudson’s Strategic Plan drives operational excellence across logistics, inventory, service, and delivery.

Rotate through key locations:

Week 1: Sanford

Week 2 & 4: Your Home Store

Week 3: Top Operational Store (PP, NT, or OC)

Participate in huddles, dashboard reviews, and store audits.

Complete a store-level operational project to advance to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Sales Immersion (90 Days)
Pay: $20.00/hour + Commission

Join the sales floor as a full-time Sales Design Consultant.

Learn Hudson’s proven sales process and meet monthly benchmarks.

Receive weekly training and performance feedback.

Advancement requires exceeding sales goals and passing skills evaluations.
Phase 3: General Manager in Training (90 Days)
Pay: $20.00/hour + Profit Share Bonus Plan

Lead a team or sales improvement project aligned with store goals.

Run daily huddles and weekly development meetings.

Shadow floor leadership and participate in GM-level decision-making.

Complete a capstone GM-in-Training project for graduation.
