We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Pull Team. As a Warehouse Pull Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and pull items from designated locations within the warehouse according to order specifications.
• Ensure accurate item identification and quantity verification during the pulling process.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and pickers to move items within the warehouse.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment, following established packaging guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet order fulfillment targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including shelving units and workstations.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all warehouse policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify any damaged or defective items and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move items for extended periods.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
