Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, and unloading furniture. This includes operating warehouse equipment, scanning items, lifting heavy materials, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure daily goals are met. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role with real opportunities for growth into leadership positions.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • Alternating shifts:

    • 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM

    • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Background in leadership, coaching, or mentoring

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in warehouse, transportation, order fulfillment, or sortation environments

  • Comfortable performing basic computer functions

  • Ability to lead and coach a diverse team over time

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver heavier items with equipment or assistance

  • Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, and move for extended periods

  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to operate RF scanners and powered/manual pallet jacks (training provided)

  • Experience with powered lift trucks or floor sweepers is a plus

  • General maintenance skills are helpful
